British Airways owns the worst experience I've had in 40 years of flying. Missed our flight by ten seconds - there were about 30 people and they wouldnt re-open the doors. We were all delayed by a previous BA late flight and then security). After waiting for about five hours to get a voucher, BA put us up at a hotel without our luggage. Gave us vouchers for meals and bathroom suppllies (toothpaste, toothbrush), but the hotel was out of these items so we had to buy them ourselves. Never got reimbursed. All in all, they were VERY indifferent and at one point during our five hour wait for a hotel voucher, people started saying "Why are we standing for this" and a riot almost broke out. The manger appeared but he was also very indifferent, If I can ever avoid BA, I will pay extra to do so!
